Part I – Charlie Kirk, the Duponts and Rothschilds, and NATO’s Neutron Dreams
Candace Owens has now reported that Charlie Kirk got a billion-dollar offer he could refuse from the Duponts right before he was killed. He didn’t take the deal and was murdered a few days later.
Did Pierre Dupont the Fifth offer a billion-dollar deal to Charlie Kirk just before his death? Did his sister, Elise, meet Charlie in Salt Lake City one hour before his death?

To the Rothschild bankers who dreamed up the Neutron Bomb with the Duponts as he next World War battlefield weapon of choice, one life, even if it was the life of Charlie Kirk, doesn’t seem to bother these bankers much.
We only have Candace’s whistleblowers at TPUSA right now to report the story, but we are analyzing metadata here regarding a possible billion-dollar offer and also a billion-dollar death threat from Pierre S. Dupont the Vth, the son of former Governor of Delaware, Pierre IV Dupont.
First, to understand the billion dollar offer Dupont to Charlie Kirk – the Dupont – Rothschild dream weapon has always a bomb that killed the enemy, but left the buildings standing after the battle without a radioactive residue after a nuclear exchange – in other words, RAND Corporation’s Neutron Bomb.
The Duponts, veterans of the Manhattan Project with ex-FBI Director Robert Mueller’s father, would love to be the contractor to swap out the European nuclear arsenal for neutron weapons in a partnership with Rothschild bankers. At the same time, Candace Owens is dodging French Foreign Legion assassination teams, again dispatched by angered Rothschild agents.

The Dupont – Rothschild weapon system stories never start where you think it do, in an archive basement with a RAND monograph written by Sam Cohen, the man who called the neutron bomb the most moral weapon ever built, because it killed soldiers but spared buildings.

Again, Pierre S Dupont V’ could have dangled a macaroon opportunity, but Pierre V was meeting Charlie at US Air Force bases with Egyptian military planes conducting electronic sweeps and collection with nuclear securty teams from a pair of plane chase jets with 73 flights logged at TPUSA events. Hardly the stuff of macaroon security.

This new neutron bomb deployment in Europe may have been Pierre S. Dupont V’s billion-dollar dangle to Charlie Kirk, but it certainly wasn’t a billion-dollar macaroon opportunity coming from French First Lady, Brigitte Macron. It is difficult to imagine a billion-dollar, life-changing opportunity being presented by DuPont to Charlie Kirk that would not have involved strategic weapons on a grand scale.
Certainly Pierre S. Dupont V, an international financier, could be presenting Charlie Kirk an opportunity for a Palantir surveillance system to inhale all the attendees information from every future Turning Point USA event, but I am simplying doing a metadata analysis here of a potential proposed project that fits the metadata at hand.
I have covered the Operation Blackjack opportunity in Wilmington, Delaware, many times, and that still may be the billion-dollar proposal delivered to Charlie Kirk.
I am simply exploring a different avenue here with the Neuton Bomb upgrade for Europe as a thought experiment.
