I know the idea of an Arab oil billionaire from the United Arab Emirates ordering up a new heart or liver from his own DNA sounds far-fetched, but that is exactly what Fouad L may have been doing at the Erasmus Lab.
Erasmus also participated in a “Predemic” five-year planning exercise beginning with the Libyan War in 2011 with a program called Antigone. Again, these types of grants seem to be funding the Gain of Function of Pathogens for wartime use.
